What areas do you serve?

How long does a typical cleaning appointment take?
It depends on the service and the size of the job. A standard carpet cleaning for a single room takes about 30–45 minutes, while larger or multi-service appointments can take several hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
We recommend being present for the start of the appointment so we can walk through the job together. After that, you're welcome to leave — just let us know your preference when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. If you're not completely satisfied with the results, we'll return and re-clean the area at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
